Snowflake and Wondrous Wreath

Hello there, so glad you dropped by

This is the last of my posts for this year, which will finish off my Christmas cards for the year. For the first card I did a mixture of stamps and computer generated sentiments which worked quite well together.  This is the second snowflake card and I used red and white instead of silver and white this time.

The materials used are:
Inks: VersaMark
Card stock: Whisper White, Brushed silver
Stamp sets: For the Holidays, Sister (computer generated)
Embossing Folders: Perfect Polka Dots, Northern Flurry
Thinlit Dies: Snowflake Card
Framelits: Square Collection
Embossing Powder: Cherry Cobbler
Ribbon: Taffeta ⅛ Real Red
Accessories: Red gems (old stash)

The second card is the one I liked the most for this year. I did three of these for my children and their partners and I think they were all pleased with them. Both the sentiments for this card were computer generated.

The materials used are:
Inks: Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow, Pistachio Pudding
Card Stock: Whisper White, Brushed Gold, Card base (old Stash)
Stamp Sets: Wondrous Wreath
Framelits: Apothecary Accents, Wonderful Wreath, Bitty Banners
Punches: Corner (Retired)
Embossing Folders: Perfect Polka Dots
Accessories: Crystal Effects
Sentiments: Computer generated

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year xxx
Will be back again next year with more cards

Hello there, so glad you dropped by

Well I'm almost there, just finishing off the last two Christmas cards for this year.  Still have a few to show but will wait until I know they've received them just in case they decide to have a look here at what I'm doing.

Will have to get some of the January birthdays out of the way quite quickly as the first one is on the 6th and it's a big one. Then there's at least another three all in quick succession.

Hope you like this one it was quite easy to do and used up some of my old stash.

Card Stock: Red Glimmer, (base card - old stash)
Stamp Sets: Festival of Trees, Endless Wishes

Punch Art

Hello there, so glad you dropped by

I was recently on Pintrest and saw a great card for children, and as all of my younger grandchildren love the film Frozen I thought I'd CASe the punch art image and put my own spin on it.  So here is my version of Olaf, I obviously changed the name for each of them (three in all Lily, Evie and Kayden). The original creator was Michelle Suit, so thank you Michelle.

So glad I posted this before giving them their cards as could you believe it I spelt Lily's name wrong, can you imagine what they'd say. Now need to do another label quick!!!

Snowflake

Hello there, so glad you dropped by

Today's card is one I cased from the Kreative Kristie blog, when I've spoken to my friend who is my fountain of knowledge on all things bloggy, I'll try to do links to other blogs so you can see the originals. But that won't be till after Christmas now.  I do love the way this turned out, it's all shimmery and glittery in real life.

The materials used are:

Inks: StazOn Black
Card Stock: Silver Glimmer, (base card - old stash)
Stamp Sets: Good Greetings
Thinlits: Snowflake
Accessories: Jewels Basic Rhinestones

Wonderous Wreath

Hello there, so glad you dropped by

I've been away from my craft room a bit this week as two of my grandchildren have been a little under the weather, so Roy and I have been helping out with taking and collecting another child to school.  I'd forgotten what school runs could be like, it's been a long long time.

Today's card is the first time I've used this stamp set and framelits but I think I could be using it again in the future for other types of cards. It seemed so clean and bright. I've not got too many Christmas cards left to do now. Find it hard to keep coming up with different ideas. Hope you like this one.

The materials used are:

Inks: Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz, cherry cobbler, VeraMark
Card Stock: Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler, Brushed Silver, (basecard - old stash)
Stamp Sets: Wondrous Wreath, Itty Bitty Banners, Sassy Salutations
Framelits: Wondrous Wreath, Bitty Banners
Accessories: Crystal Effects, Dazzling Diamonds
Blendabilities: Cherry Cobbler
Embossing Folders: Woodgrain
Embossing Powders: Cherry Cobbler

Traveler

Hello there so glad you stopped by

Today I have a card that I did a few weeks ago having seen it on Elizabeth's craft room (love this blog) and as I never know what to do for the men in my family when it comes to cards thought it might be a good one for my cousin.  I did a similar one for my son in September and his fiancĂ©e wondered why I did a train for him, but he loved them as a child.

The materials used are:

Inks: StazOn Black
Card Stock: Basic Black, Whisper White, brushed silver
Stamp Sets: Teeny Tiny Sentiments, Traveler
Punches: Modern Label, Word Window
